We are very pleased that Sea Scouts' "Word as a Weapon" 7" (zum005) is now available from us. The Sea Scouts were a stunning group from Tasmania in the vein of early Sonic Youth/Unwound, but with an overwhelming sense of dread and doom akin to metal. Members went on to form Love of Diagrams, Bird Blobs, and Ruins (Tasmania). This is their only widely available US release and also the only 7" they ever did, pressed for their 1999 US tour.
